Where do I access my Patient Portal?

You can access your Patient Portal in the navigation at the top of this page labeled “Patient Login” or you can access your Patient Portal here.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment of medication to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Our billing operates on a 28-day cycle, meaning charges are processed every 28 days.

To cancel your subscription, please visit your Patient Portal and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations made after your next shipment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

​​You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your Patient Portal and clicking on the “Cancel Prescription” tab. If you run into any issues canceling your prescription, you can also reach out to the patient support team at support@agiletelehealth.com.

How do I change my payment method?

​Update your payment method by logging into your Patient Portal. If you have any issues updating your payment method or billing information, you can reach out to Agile Telehealth’s patient support team at support@agiletelehealth.com.
